Meditation to activate solar eclipse energies

 
Many people are wondering what is taking place with the upcoming solar eclipse on March 20, 2015. This is a very good opportunity to bring healing into the areas and aspects that really need to be supported and transformed: all the aspects that we thought we couldn’t do; all the aspects we thought we couldn’t be; all the areas that we couldn’t change. These aspects are rising up to the surface so that we can start transforming them and allowing them to unfold so that they can start attracting their own healing solution for themselves.

All aspects in our lives and all energies and belief systems that we’ve integrated need close consideration of renewal, transformation and reconfiguration. Once we look at these aspects, we can decide which programs are better for us, what works best for us, and what works best for the planet at this time in our lives.

Meditation to activate the solar eclipse energies

At this time in our lives, we want to support the healing work. I would like you to give this healing work one moment of your time.

Allow yourself to breathe deeply.

As you breathe deeply, I would like you to connect with your healing light by simply stating, “I now connect with my healing light.”

As you connect with the healing light, send it to all of humanity. Send this healing into the planet: into the electromagnetic field of the planet; the energy field; the aura and chakras of this planet; and into the ground of the earth, supporting the mother earth on all levels.

Then send healing light into every living being on the planet, into every dimension of this planet, to support every area and aspect of all living beings, so that the earth is supported, transformed and loved.

It is all about this amazing frequency of love. If you really look at it, everyone is after love. Everyone does the wildest things to be loved, even denying themselves. Ultimately, I would like you to connect with your love, with the energy of love.

Please place your hands on your hearts. I say ‘hearts’ because there are so many different dimensions of our hearts: the emotional, mental, spiritual, physical, astral and multi-dimensionality of all areas of our lives, including the heart of hearts.

With your hands on your hearts, allow each heart to align as one. Connect them and send healing light into the planet, into yourself, and into all areas of this multi-verse. Allow this love to return and nurture areas of our lives. Allow this healing heart energy to be integrated.

Now, this coming solar eclipse allows us to stay focused on our light. As the sun disappears for a couple of moments, allow yourself to connect to your inner light, with your Christ Consciousness,with your God Consciousness, with your Oneness consciousness, with your Buddha Consciousness.

Allow yourself to connect with the inner light that is within your heart. Once connected with this light, activate your light body so that you can start to become the light house that you are.

Say, “I’m integrating this solar eclipse. It can fully support me and move me forward, deeper into my excellence.”

Now rephrase the statement, “I allow the solar eclipse to support me to activate my mastery.”

Inhale and exhale deeply.
