This was my first experience listening to a 1ment Transmission. I laid down in front of the fireplace on this snowy, cold day and closed my eyes and was swept away by the meditation. I saw colors and felt utter relaxation as I went deeper and deeper into my own spiritual healing. It was a wonderful moment that not only allowed me to recharge, but at only 30 minutes, it was completely refreshing for the rest of the day without taking up too much time. Dear Ataana,

I have been with you and all the many others who have been attending the Onement meditations now for 11 months—those Wednesdays have been an anchor in the storm for me, and I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to you and your team for creating the space to share such wonderful, altruistic and loving energy with me during a year in which I lost my father, and experienced personal challenges which have tested both my spirit and my physical body. For 30 minutes once a week I sought healing, and hopefully shared and sent healing as well. We have spoken over the phone on a few occasions, but as yet have not met “in person”, and I still hope to attend one of your 3 day intensives. Today I unsubscribed to monthly renewal, but I will continue to attend as my schedule allows. It has become a treasure in my life, and I am proud to be a participant!
